Went in to get my eyebrows done and ended up with the top layer of my skin torn off. The pain and swelling was so bad - I went to my doctor. Her comment to me, "you definitely need to find a different salon". Wow, you think?

I came here and got an updo for my sisters wedding.  She did an awesome job.  I got a lot of compliments.
