Great Clips

Amazing, fast service. My boyfriend and our son went to get hair cuts, the one woman who cut my son's hair was very calm and so sweet. Highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back!

I went to Great Clips to get a trim. I asked for her to trim up my longer layers and give me a long face frame. The "face frame" she gave me looked like a poor attempt at long bangs. It looked awful, so I went back and asked someone else to fix it because I was not going to pay for another hair cut somewhere else. The woman, who I believe was the manager, attempted to fix it, but that meant thinning my already thin, blonde hair to try to blend it. It still looks choppy in the front when straightened, and I will never return.

Last time I went was to get a long bob haircut and afterwards it just didn't look right, I'm also confused do you guys not wash the customer hair cause I didn't receive that but I'm giving you guys a second chance to see if you have upgraded but if not I'll have to go somewhere else next time.
