Khurram is not just a salesman. He is an excellent relationship manager. He doesn't leave you hanging after a successful sale. He ensures your satisfaction is consistently guaranteed. I currently enjoy a couple of services from his company, and I attribute this to the wonderful experience and trust I get from Khurram's professionalism.

Dangerous Security Provider. AVOID at all costs!! Another example of a company being purchased by a big corporation and losing complete grip and care. We had Telus security reps come to our home to assess the safety of the system and any necessary upgrades. No motion detectors were placed upstairs, at their guidance and unbeknownst to us, they didn't even check the functionality of the existing detectors in the home. Continual issues with arming, broken door sensors, faulty equipment. Fast forward, two months later, our home was robbed. They said they could get someone to fix the issues, in two weeks. Zero care or concern that their defective system led to an incredibly traumatic and violating experience. Stay vigilant, by using anyone other than Telus!!!

Mim was AMAZING if I could give him 10 stars i would- he was kind and friendly and so sweet, he was so informative about the products and explained everything as so I could understand what I was looking at. He is very personable, and truly enjoys talking with people. He recommended products that I know will benefit our family- he wasn't pushy, as trying to sell me on everything, he was patient and sincere. He will be welcome here anytime. Thanks again Mim, you personally are the reason I signed up with Telus today.

Awesome experience tonight with Walid. Extremely personal and professional at the same time. Zero pressure to chat more but I was in the market for a home security system and he gave some great options for our home. Explained everything and took the time to go over my questions. Friendly and polite and came back a couple times when I was busy during the day. Wonderful customer service!

Do not subscribe to any form of Telus Home Security! The monitoring service behind the scenes changes hands every year and you never truly know who it is that’s supporting you!! You will never own your equipment!!! YEARS after paying off our equipment we randomly received a carrier update that caused a “BOOP BOOP BOOP” to alert in our house with a Telus logo on the AlarmForce panel. NO ONE from Telus support could help us. “Unplug and take out the battery” on tech we’ve already paid for?!? What are we supposed to do with all of this equipment now?!?

Arjun came to help my neighbour out, and ended up saving me money instead! And sweet doorbell cams, so bonus. Eddie the best technician came out, did above and beyond, and has me all hooked up. I'm switching to Telus from a 20-something year contract at Shaw. And getting fibre internet! Would easily deal with them again, the customer service is top notch.
