Charlene has been our accountant for at least 10 years. There are not superlatives enough to describe the professionalism, diligence, integrity and kindness in dealing with Charlene regarding our business needs. We have had many changes in that time to our business and she has adapted to each change with professionalism, research and adjustment every step of the way. She does all the accounting for both of our businesses and our personal taxes as well and her work is beyond reproach. I have recommended Charlene with confidence to a number of our friends and colleagues.. Charlene is continually taking courses and educating herself so that she is up to the minute in her knowledge of her clients changing accounting needs and the governments legal and accounting changes as well. I highly recommend Smart and Associates to anyone, whether you are a small business, looking for personal tax help or a larger business with more complex issues.

Charlene has done our year-end accounting for a number of years and she has an excellent understanding of our non-profit and all the complexities. She is always very willing to answer any questions we may have and will meet with the Financial Manager and the Board of Directors when they require additional information.
