I absolutely love the Waterloo! My experience from research to storeroom visit to purchase to delivery and set up was impeccable. They have amazing customer service and rapidly addressed and resolved all my questions. My apartment is super small 450 sq ft and the modular nature of the Waterloo is perfect for my needs. It’s bigger than I expected, which isn’t a bad thing because all the pieces can be repositioned. I currently have it set up in an L shape using 5 pieces because my wall is too short to position it fully horizontally. I’m using the extra piece as a separate chair. When you reposition it to a bed, it makes a slightly larger queen. I bought a padded queen mattress cover and it *just* barely stretches over it. Plus the extra storage is super appreciated! I also picked up the Haredon side table and I think it's gorgeous + functional! Highly recommended for downtown Toronto living! Thank you Small Spaces team!
Recently took delivery of our beautiful Valencia sofa - a delightful purchase experience at every stage, from showroom to unwrap & setup. Website is very informative & easy to use, but you absolutely must visit the showroom to fully appreciate these products. This is not 'small ' furniture; this is properly scaled furniture that, for us, has transformed our oddly-sized living space! Definitely, one of our smartest purchases ever!
I just bought the Jonas coffee table & I love it. The lines are clean & modern. The perfect size for a coffee table until you need it for a different function. Height adjusts & table top opens up easily. Flexible, versatile, great looking. Customer service was exceptional. The instructions weren't the clearest for me, so Tony provided expert advice & support. Even on Sunday. :
I purchased the Inca couch, which arrived with a defective bracket. The customer service team was friendly and helpful in coordinating someone to come and replace the bracket. That being said, I have removed one star as it took 7 weeks from the date of delivery to have someone come with the correct part to do the repair. The customer service team was supportive and followed up with me along the way. I am also very happy with my couch now that it is finally assembled and ready for use.
Really happy with service, quality of products, and execution. We live in a big house, but wanted a small pull-out sofa for a small office/bedroom. Found just the right product, and decided to buy an additional pull-out sofa for the basement. Very reasonable prices. Excellent service from Kevin. Received a 5 year warranty on the products. They quoted several months for delivery because the larger sofa had to be specifically made up with respect to the colour we wanted. Instead of months, the product was ready in weeks. They sub-contract with Alaeve delivery service, who were excellent. Over all, could not be more pleased.
The Stockholm chest bed was a perfect solution....we created a sleeping space under the stairs in dead space that was just being used to accumulate junk. We now call it the Harry Potter bed! White Glove delivery service was well worth it for this item which weighed over 200 lbs. The delivery guys worked in very tight spaces, and avoided any damage to walls or floors. And the bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress and storage for pillows and bed linens in a drawer underneath. A great solution for maximizing small space in inner city condos!
We have made a few purchases now from Small Space Plus and it only gets better. The staff have always been super helpful and provide us the details we need. Most importantly the quality of the furniture is extremely well made. Our last couch purchase was a great sectional that is super comfortable but still looks new after almost 2 years. It's nice to know that our couch will stand the test of time, in a market that most furniture has become disposable. We highly recommend Small Space Plus if your looking for a couch or any other furniture.
Purchased the Otto hydraulic lift bed along with the Duke extendable table and am very pleased. The staff along with the white glove delivery service were exceptional. Living in a condo, having multifunctional furniture to save space, is a brilliant concept.
I recently purchased a dining set and end table and the team at Small Spaces were super helpful and very friendly. They took the time to chat about my needs and help steer me in the right direction. If you’re looking to furnish a small space their level of service and prices can’t be beat!
Fabulous,straightforward salesperson Al. Great delivery and assembly experience, on time and when they promised.decent prices, good material. The guy who delivered and assembled fen said to me, “if anything is not to your liking, call me and I will come back to deal with it” . The store called to make sure I was happy with the service.
