We went tubing on a very cold night (~-20) so there were not a lot of people there. The facilities are a little hard to find as are most things around here. 
There's 8 runs in total, some faster than others. There wasn't any waiting in line because of how few people were there, but runs can only be used by one person/group at a time, and there is a gate at the top of each run to ensure that, so I can imagine there would be more of a wait if it was a busy time. 
There's an indoor space with a snack bar and ample seating to warm up. There's also an outdoor fire with some patio seating. 
The tow line that brings you back up the hill does not start at the bottom on the run. Rather it is there to pull you up only the steepest part of the hill so you will end up doing some walking. 
The bottom line is that we had fun, even if it was a little pricey.

Fun place for the whole family. You don’t have to go up the hill, you and the tube are pulled up. Friendly service.

Reasonably priced, many tubing lanes, decent wait times for both for the ride down as the lift back up.

Very helpful staff, go when it's not to crowded to get your money's worth (mon-thur during vacations and after 5pm). Buy tickets on web in advance to save $$
