Holy slice! They take your slice and return it to the oven, and it comes out awesome! The dough has an awesome crispness, the sauce is delicious, and the cheese is hot! Great flavors in every bite! Thanks!
First of all these gentlemen were very friendly and helpful with my order. I had no problem returning a few days later and the customer service remained fantastic. I tried to tip them because I was so happy with their service and the quality of the pizza. They respectfully declined but mentioned that I could leave a review. Give these guys a try and I loved the BBQ Pulled pork pizza!
I go to a lot of pizza places in this area and I have never been to a better one than this one. I seriously will always come to this specific location too. The cashier Juliana was extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. I am so thankful I finally found a pizza place that has amazing pizza and customer service! EVERYONE NEEDS TO COME HERE!!!!!!
One thing about Slice Factory is the consistency. It always tastes just as good as you expect. Tried the tenders and was blown away by how juicy and perfectly breaded they were and they are a good size too. Great sauce selection as well. Steak burgers were delicious as always, same as the waffle fries. Highly recommend
Bad tasting factory-made slices. It's a real sweat shop. Worse than OG dominos or even dinicos if you can believe that. You're better off going to chin stop next door.
My friend and I went today for the first time to this location. We ordered a burger and one of their famous jumbo slices. My slice was hot and toasty, and my friend said the burger was amazing and prepared just right. The staff Jose and Luis were both so kind and helpful, they definetly made us feel welcome and made our experience here so much better. Thank you so much to the two of you, we will definetly be back to this location soon.
Asked for hand tossed and received thin crust. Pizza was cooked with cheese majority on one side. Called and spoke with employees and they stated dough was weighted and cheese "shifted" upon transport. Stated "dough sometimes doesn't rise" but could not explain to me what that exactly meant. Tried to explain cheese did not shift as one side is extremely greasy and other side is majority dry crust. Told employees I can return pizza and they stated "that's not going to make a difference". Will not order from slice factory again.
Amazing slice. Great choices of pizzas. Hot and fresh. I could taste every ingredient. Large slice portion-personal pizza size. I hope they open a location in Milwaukee.
Had one of my worst experience with this place I ordered two simple sandwiches for delivery. I waited about 1 hour for my order, note this place is less then 1 mile from my home. Finally my food gets to my house and they some how forgot to put bread on my sandwich so now I have waited about 1 hour for just meat no toppings or bread. I call to inform there front desk girl who had taken my order to only be told they can send the correct order to me in about 1 & 1/2 hours or I can come to the store and pick up my correct order. Who does this like what? why would I pay for delivery if I need to go to them to pick up my correct order. She then tells me she needs to call her manager to see if she can credit my order back. long story short I had to leave out of the comfort of my home to drive to there store and return my entire order back to them. I will never in my life order from this slice factory or any of there other locations due there horrible customer service and overall service I was given. I gave this store 1 star only because zero stars was not an option. Save your self from the headaches and just find another place to order food from.
The food is great! I love the pizza, the Chicago thin crust is my favorite. Even when I’m trying to eat healthy, they have a lot of options. Their salads are delicious too!! The staff was very helpful.
