Great customer service. I came in last week just to browse. Returned today to buy but couldn't remember what mattress I wanted. Ladies went to the back. They had my previous visit recorded in a log with what I had looked at. In and out of the store in 10 minutes. Thank you!!
This store is stunning and has so many beautiful things for the home. I purchased some birch sheets after being recommended them by the owner. They are the softest and most luxurious feeling sheets! Will definitely be getting more in the future. My partner and I are in the market for a new mattress, and Sadie helped us find one that works perfectly for our comfort and budget!
Sleepers Bed Gallery was the most authentic experience we’ve had when it’s come to purchasing everything from sheets, to duvets, to a mattress, to a bedroom set. Basically anything you have wished and dreamt of in a good night’s sleep, they make come true. We were lucky enough to work with Sadie, it was easier than ever as she asked us some basic questions and with our answers she had our perfect mattress picked out instantly! We only had to lie on a few mattresses, which was nice and not so overwhelming. As far as choosing a custom made bedroom set, wow, everything from finish to size was totally customizable, which made us feel as it was built for us… because it was! If you’re having temperature regulation issues while sleeping, again, they ask a few questions and pick out the best suited sheets and duvets; my husband no longer sweats in his sleep, which has changed both of our lives! For the bedroom set, I love that it was a local builder too, someone they know really well and trust. We put our trust into Sleepers Bed Gallery and they surpassed our expectations. I am a big believer in shopping local when you can. Sleep is one of the most crucial things in our health, so thank you Sadie and Sleepers Bed Gallery team for bringing our rest and recovery to the next level. Friendly staff. Willing to negotiate on price. Delivery included in price. Took away my old mattress and boxspring and only charged the dump disposal fee. Delivered 2 hours after I bought my new mattress. Nice mattress!!!!
