Bad experience today ! I have a Cdn Tire battery that failed and it was replaced no problem. However the Kincardine store charged me $90 to install it and the "new" battery has a prorated warranty going back to the original purchase date. Maybe I was better of buying a brand new battery. Very disappointed in that level of service. I have a few vehicles and will think twice about the CT auto department. $90 to install a battery is ridiculous !

A little cramped, but lots of selection, decent prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Takes a long time for staff to come open a case for you, and the first staff member there still have leave to get the person that worked that department. Went in to get three thing on sale in the flyer only have one in store. Took a rain cheque on one and I’m still waiting for the call it’s in! That’s why I’m now writing a review it was two months ago!

Needs more staff ; had to find anyone to help : once find one usually good . And helpful . Prices of sale irems are good if not best

The staff is generally helpful and they usually have lots of any advertised specials. Sometimes they don't have enough checkouts open which results in long waits.
