Sleep Diagnostics of Michigan

This place is now located at 565 Progress, West Branch, MI 48661 I had two sleep studies scheduled here. The first study I stayed all night. Didn't get much sleep at all due to the bed being as hard as a rock and noise from the hallway from people laughing. I figured they didn't get any good reading on this study. But at a follow up I was told I had obstrustive sleep abena when I sleep on my back. That's weird, I don't sleep on my bad. I don't turn or anything in my sleep, if I fall asleep on my left side with my left hand under my pillow, I wake up on my left side with my left hand under my pillow. When the study ended at 5:30am, I went home and slept from 6:30am to 3pm. Ruined my weekend. They wanted to do another with a CPAP machine. So I agreed, as long as they could put me too sleep. So I went for the se3cond one. They had me get a script of Ambien filled. I took the pill at 9pm, and started with the CPAP. I tossed and turned till 1am. That is when I left as I wanted to get some sleep instead of sleeping all the next day away, Now after my second "study", I heard nothing from them except for a bill for the first study. They said my insurance was going to cover it and wouldn't give me a cost. I was stuck with $727 out of an $1800 bill. Then today I get a call from a Senior Home Health Care place about dropping off my CPAP machine and setting it up. Sleep Diagnostics of Michigan never called me about any of this... I haven't seen or heard from them since 1am of the morning I left. I feel this place is just an insurance scam. From the minute I walked in all I kept hearing is I need a CPAP machine and it will change my life. I'm waiting for the bill for the second "study". Just use them at your own risk.
