I live by a zoo for animals exclusively with rabies and my old precious car was smashed to smithereens by a rabid horse who had escaped! I was pretty devastated because all my saxophone music CDs were destroyed with the car, but at least I got a brand spanking new car from this place!
I've read the reviews...people, getting a flat tire repaired/oil changed/tail light bulb changed doesn't mean the dealership you went to are fantastic grandma can do all those things with her cane in one hand. had a supposedly "trained" technician John do some internal engine work diagnosis and repair well over $3000.00 on my dodge truck and it was worse than before I took it in. Tim doesn't know his knee from his elbow, I'm not sure why either one is still there . they stick up for each other whether their right or wrong, which makes it a untrustworthy place to do business. never again!

My husband and I were just coming in to Slave Lake in the wee hours of the morning when we got a really bad flat. Once we were towed into the dealership, they did not hesitate to get my truck in right away without an appointment. Immediately we were offered a ride to get coffee while we waited. It didn't take them long to diagnose and fix the tire. While we waited, we had several employees ask if we needed anything and started up conversation. Overall, exceptional service and effiency. If we didn't live so far, this would be our location of choice. Thank you to the entire team who helped get us back on the road!

Last Friday my wife and I came down to buy a fireplace and we come out of Walmart and my truck starts shaking and dies. It felt like it wasn’t getting gas. I tried and tried to restart but no luck. In a pinch I called SLD and they talked me through some solutions. We then walked over to Dodge to see what we could do. After telling them what our situation was they offered us a rental to get home to Wabasca. Monday morning comes they explained the problem and told me my truck was ready! They are my heroes. I love you Slave Lake Dodge!!
Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, honest and quick service. See John or Sheleena at Service they are awesome to deal. The Shuttle Service is very convenient, Ivan is the cool guy to ask for a ride. Thanks to Timothy Anderson who is the Captain of the ship, he is very accommodating and helpful when it comes to additional repairs. He makes sure the vehicle is done on promised time. Hats off to the service dept and all team at SLC. Would recommend anyone for Services
John from service is so rude and Tim the manager always has to make it right for him. He racially profiles customers and is not knowledgeable on his job, not sure why he still has his job, hope they do something about this person. He is rude when you followup for service promised to be an hour turns to 3 hrs.
We called around, looking for top trade in value and vans to our liking. The used van we liked clearly needed front end work. So in the two weeks if took for that to happen we start to make a deal today. Only for them to offer us 7000 under the original trade in value. Not pleased with how they do business, especially considering we double checked trade in value when we got there after three hours of travel to get there.
