Awesome Customer Service! While visiting Slave Lake, I was accidentally overcharged for an item but didn't notice till I was back in Edmonton. Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out---all without having to drive back to Slave Lake. Super impressed with how the whole process was dealt with, from leaving a message with the customer care agent at the service desk, to the timely reply from the Manager and a fair solution. Thanks a bunch guys!
