Down right criminal the way this place is ran. The guy has the sense of a real bad car salesman mixed with a true professional slum Lord. Word of advice do not pay for a few weeks ahead of time maybe pay as you go. Got ripped off on the electric cost. Put 50 dollar deposit down and used 32 and walking away with nothing. You can tell how well they care here; just look at how poorly their property is managed...

My 3 year old just got to experience the so called "heated" bathrooms. It's not warm in the bathroom by a long ways! Having the heat on enough to keep the plumbing from freezing isn't technically a "heated bathroom". It takes forever for the water to get warm in the showers and you had better boogie to get dressed afterwards. We might have just joined the polar bear club! My poor little girl was a trooper, but I felt sorry for her! Plus the bathroom is not very private since the doors are permanently open and anyone can see straight inside. Also be very careful if it's muddy or you are here after dark. It is super dark and the roads and camp spots are all dirt. Things are not well marked so don't take a wrong turn if you are dragging a camper with you. Plus you better bring your 4x4 or you might get stuck in here. The owner will rip you off on a $50 electric cost per week. It does not cost $50 a week to plug in a 30 amp. Estimate the reasonable lot cost with the expensive electric cost = overpayment. Rather have stayed at a hotel for the same price and had warm bathrooms. Lesson learned!

Negatives: Terrible gravel dusty roads. Gravel pads. Unleavel parking sites Bathhouse was terrible. Probably the worst we have ever experienced. Old and unkept bath house (8 small private showers for over 100 spaces). No hot watet for shower. People screaming and making noise during quiet hours. DO not recommend. Positive: Large swimming pool and game room (which we did not use).

Happy to find a year round RV park open year round in Wisconsin. My husband and I found ourselves working this far north in November and this park enabled us to utilize our travel trailer rather than staying in a hotel. The park is beautiful and well maintained. The check in process went well and Eric was very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend this park. Please note that it is the off season so I can't speak about the season amenities.

We recently purchase 1st RV....5th wheel.....43 foot long with toyhauler rear opening deck. Specified the length and the need to do a drive thru site...we were given a site that we could barely get in and get level on..let alone be able to use the opening deck. There were other sites open that would have been much better that were not booked when we booked. Fellow campers were way too close....could hear every conversation at their firepit. LOTS OF GOLF CARTS FLYING around at all hours of the day and night. Loud music from 8:00AM until 11:00 PM. Maybe a good place for kids but lots and lots of kids running all over,...dashing out in front of you.....nearly hitting us with golf carts.....screaming and yelling at each other. It is a beautiful location but we will never return.
