Skilton Insurance Brokers

I was their customer before. Called twice for quote and nobody returned my calls. I see other people had similar experiences. I can just imagine how difficult it would be if i had a claim to report.

We have dealt with Skilton for 20 years. Our broker Debbie Witts is great. She always gives excellent advice and answers our questions and provides documentation on a timely basis.

Was looking for a CGL policy and contacted them and left a message. After 2 weeks I still have not heard from them. They clearly do not need new business.

The receptionist told me the response time is 1-2 weeks. Please keeps this mind before calling and contacting. They could have great service, however it's going to be difficult to identify.
