HI Trinity Newfoundland is a cosy hostel run by backpackers for backpackers. Our goal is to provide budget accommodation in beautiful Trinity Bay to allow the world to fall in love with the hikes and the wildlife of this region, as we have.

Story

HI Trinity Newfoundland is situated at the heart of the Newfoundland Discovery Trail! In the beautiful fishing village of Trinity East, HI Trinity Newfoundland is the perfect destination for coastal hikes, sea kayaking, whale watching, and icebergs!

For those interested in a relaxing get away, HI Trinity Newfoundland is located just outside the historic merchant town of Trinity, the abandoned community of British Harbour, and the Rising Tide Theatre, an award winning theatre company that offers a “blend of drama, culture, and history”.

We offer a shuttle service around the area for those traveling on foot, full laundry facilities, breakfast and linen in the price, and additional baked goods for purchase when available.

We’re the perfect place to visit, whether you’re excited about taking on the Atlantic in a tiny kayak, or challenging yourself on the beautiful local hikes, or you’d just like to relax, have a cup of tea, and watch an iceberg float by.
