Sirum Equipment Co Inc

Very expensive, incredibly slow, poor quality for repair work, terrible customer service. I've had several repair jobs done there and always find that the repairs are more expensive than I thought they would be, that the workmanship ranges from acceptable to downright shoddy, and that my machines are always returned well after the quoted date, in the latest case more than 2 months late. Finally, after spending more than $500 on two machines this spring, I was told that I would be billed for a pull cord and handle on a machine that was returned without either one - despite the fact that the machine was inoperable without them. If an equipment repair shop opened up in Montague with decent customer service and a more professional operational approach Sirum would be out of business in a matter of weeks.

I have found the Sirum staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and well-skilled in repairs. Their pricing is reasonable and they are timely.
