Nice place, good coffee. The food is just ok considering how pricey it is. The thing that I don't like about this place is how slow the service is even though there a bunch of people working behind the counter and my drink has been wrong a couple of times.

The cold brew WILL keep you up and its a cool layout. Pastries are pricey though and music is loud so not super ideal for studying. Also i think the hours are reduced? Better to check in with them if you're planning on studying till close

Sipp's is a very Elegant coffee shop with a very reasonable price. It's better than Star Bucks.

Not a bad little coffee shop. Menu is pretty slim tho.

Amazing Foamy Latte. Really enjoyed it.

Food is amazing! I love the quality and preparation. It's difficult to find in this area.

Very rude employees. It's $2.75 for a cup of coffee and if you ask for them to stir it they refuse and give you a stir stick.

Amazing customer service!  their salted caramel latte is unique and the food is delicious too!
