Dunkin'

The staff are rude and not professional at all. I gave this store 3 times chances to make one visit at least good experience. I always did mobile order from DD app. Once l get into the store my item was out of stock. Also, the donuts weren’t fresh.

Hands down the best Dunkin I have been to. They taste the best, alway busy but super fast and friendly. I do despise their drive through though, such a tight squeeze. Keep up the great service!!!!

My experience here has been fantastic to say the least, I ordered a caramel chocolate cold brew they were out of the cold brew so the manager Zay he offered to make something else that would taste similar and actually it was just as good this manager Zay always goes above and beyond to help his customers and colleagues I’ve witnessed it with my own eyes. He’s just that good

I went there around 10am and got a frozen pumpkin coffee. I did not even drink it halfway and there was a dead bug floating in it. Highly disappointed, especially because I go there a lot.

Drink and service was great. Drive-thru is made for small vehicles. Do not go through if you have a pick up or larger SUV. Dine in was closed, im guessing staffing issues

This is the best place in Toledo! Everyone is friendly with a great attitude and management is amazing. I normally go to the drive through but today I walked inside and seen how hard everyone was working as a team! I don’t see any other fast food place in Toledo working this hard and I think they could learn a lot from this place. I am addicted to their everything bagels and pumpkin/carmel coffees. Yum!
