The staff in the yard out back are good workers. Never had to wait to get my wood But, the worker in the store not so good. I needed batteries and couldn’t find them. Both times, not one person welcome me or asked if I needed help. Even though they knew I was annoyed. I have overheard staff swearing You never get asked if you need help oh and if you need to pee forget it!

My favourite store in Northwestern Ontario , new owners, they don’t have it on shelf, they will go out of their way to get you what you need for what job that needs to get done

Fast friendly service. They apologized for the wait while my lumber was cut, Even though it was less than 5 minutes. It was quick. No complaints. Very good.

There are always lots of employees around to ask for help, and the store is usually clean. Prices vary depending on the quality of the products you're searching for. Overall a welcoming and friendly shopping environment.

Store have a Helpful Environment everytime...thanks to dedicated staff.

The staff are helpful and courteous and they have a decent selection of merchandise on-hand. Their garden centre could use some improvement.
