Great Service knows the Products.
I would like to make a complaint about the staff at oshtugon Sioux lookout. Very very unprofessional, not friendly at all and just plain old rude! The young boy I dealt with was a sweet heart but he didn’t have the knowledge to assist me so he had to ask Graham who gave the rudest “WHAT!” Ever and told the kid to find someone else to assist. That was not the only time I experienced that with graham. I went in a few weeks earlier to upgrade my phone and he toId me wait until a new Iphone was released, aren’t staff supposed to make sales instead of telling people to wait and buy later? He just does not have any social skills at all and should learn that the customers are always right! Please keep him in the back from now on as I asked around and he does not deal with people well. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately there is only one place in town that sells cell phones so you do not have a choice to go in there or not.
Great friendly staff who know their stuff. Fast service, even saved me money on my cellphone plan.
there is one guy that is very rude does not seem to like his job when i talk to him all he does is groan not very friendly but the other guys are very nice
Oshtugon! I'm always impressed with the patience of the staff, very helpful to those of us who are lacking "tech savvy!"
