Sinamen Bun

Well sometimes you hear "This place is the best!" And you get there and it turns out it's just not. But I can't say that about SinAmen Bun Co. I just picked up this pack of minis. They came with 4 different types of amazing buns. I'm a wicked chef and make great buns but nothing close to this. It's got that home made taste and some fancy additions I never thought about adding to one before. It's worth every penny. They are sweet and moist with a perfect about of icing on top. I'm not one to love sweets so it was just enough sweet I can eat it without being in sugar overload.

These are the best cinnamon buns I’ve ever had - I order them every 2 weeks! The cinnamon buns are soft, gooey and sweet and I find the toppings/cream cheese icing to be less sweet and really balances out the sugar overload from the bun. Cream cheese original is a must try! I’ve yet to try the savoury buns but they are on my list. My boyfriend said the soup and slavery bun made for a good lunch. Thanks for proving Chilliwack with a great dessert option!

Came here yesterday and would highly recommend it! Cinnamon buns were very amazing - not too sweet and not too dense. I tried the cream cheese original 9/10 and the blackberry peach sticky 10/10. The hot dogs were good too!

My wife and I have been salivating over these buns for okay a year now. We finally managed to make an order and oh my. I've never tasted a better cinnamon bun!!

I’m out this way for work every Thursday and always have to stop by to grab a couple buns and sometimes a hot dog. Everything I’ve had has been amazing. The hot dogs are fantastic

If I'm being honest, they were not what I expected. The owner & I chatted about these treats a day before I put my order in, but when I picked them up at 11 am they were already very hard & dry. They did not have as much toppings as in photos, so we were all quite disappointed about that. They needed to be taken home & heated in microwave to soften/warm them up enough to eat. Will I give them another try, yes of course I will. Hopefully this was just an off day for them. I will say the favor of the lemon blueberry was delicious tho. 4 COST me $18 so I really did expect more than this. If I try again & they are better, I will edit review

**update ** have contacted owner as he said to but never responded back via email I find these cinnamon buns to be on the denser and drier side. Yes the glaze/cream cheese and the brown sugar makes the buns ooey gooey, but the dough is definitely on the drier side. The bun also unravels easily. The highlight would be that the icing isn't super sweet. I would come back if I was craving a cinnamon bun mostly for the flavour and taste, but if you're looking for the moist and fluffy cinnamon buns this isn't the kind despite some high ratings on it. The owner frequently responds to the “dry bun” reviews here to seemingly investigate but I think the inconsistent taste for these buns are likely due to time of day purchase. If you show up early they are possibly not as dry cause they’re still fresh but later in the day seems to be drier assuming the batch was made earlier. Photo taken 20 minutes after purchase.

OmGOSH - BEST cinnamon buns ever! Ever Saturday they publish NEW specialities for the coming week. Interested in black forest; pear bourbon; or banana cream - they got em! Plus the standard cream cheese classic.

Worth the drive! The perfect cinnamon bun! Exceptional customer service - we called with questions, ordered over Facebook messenger, and were treated so well in person when picking up! Regular glazed, lemon poppyseed, strawberry rhubarb — all amazing!! Bourbon peach and cheese — really good but didn’t amaze us. Creative flavour combos, excellent dough, tight rings evenly sweet. So good!

This was my first time visiting SinAmen - This is the best place for treating yourself for some buttery,creamy,chewy cinnamon buns. They are humongous and satisfying. I’ve bought half a dozen for $22 and it’s totally worth it. They do have a variety of flavors to choose from. My favorites are always the original ones. Can’t wait to visit them again. Customer service experience was great, very respectful and efficient. Definitely a gem business in the city of Chilliwack.
