Lynn is the best ever. She works so well with the customer's. Her personality and willing to help you goes beyond what is expected. She needs a raise!!!

I've had my storage unit at this location for almost 6 years (yeah, I know, move someplace so I can actually use all my stuff, lol). I don't remember the previous managers I've worked with, but ever since Lynn started managing this location, everything has been top notch. Her understanding and customer service has exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work!

I had shopped around, and needed a storage locker that was close to my house and had drive up access. I had looked around online for a couple of days and finally decided to check out Simply Self Storage. I talked with Lynn, and she was more than helpful with getting me into a locker that had what I needed. The facility is tucked away nicely right off of Telegraph, and is easy to get into and out of. Being able to access storage 24 hours is a huge bonus. And again, Lynn is very accommodating.
