Eight Mile Moving & Storage

The only person that stayed in contact with me was the driver in charge of making the delivery!!! Everyone else gave me the run around and so, so many excuses!!! Then they charged me almost TRIPLE the amount that was quoted to me!! They picked up my stuff on August 12, 2017 and I still have not received it (supposed to be dropped of on September 20, 2017 between 7 am and 8 am)!! I would NOT recommend them!!!

HANDS DOWN THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I warn you DONT use this company. You will regret it. They will lie to get your business then not uphold anything that they told you. It took a month for them to deliver my belongings when I was told it would only be one week. The dispatcher June is one of the most disrespectful rudest people I have ever met in customer service and should be fired. Nobody stayed in contact with me. I had to call daily to get updates and call multiple times just to get them to answer. I was told 4 different dates that my items would be delivered and only the 4 and final one was correct. They are full of lies and a complete scam. The only pleasant people were the delivery men.I WARN YOU DONT USE THEM. The worst experience of my life. I highly regret it. They need to be shut down and out of business.

Liberty Bell Moving and Storage Group, out of Daytona Florida hired Eight Mile Moving and Storage to move my furniture and boxes to Florida. I was never made aware of what company Liberty Bell brokered my move to or how horrible their reputation is...check the web reviews. My belonging were picked up on April 26, 2017 and delivered on June 3, 2017 . Liberty Bell at the time of hire said it would take 7-14 days for my belongings to arrive. When asked who would be delivering my belongings, their sales rep said, " We have our trucks in Michigan." NOT TRUE!!! Eight Mile Moving and Storage arrived at my house to my surprise. I was also never informed that my belongings, everything I own would be stored in warehouse, that I've never seen, until a full load was going to Florida. The movers said 14 - 21 days until my belongings would be delivered...NOT TRUE AGAIN To be continued.... Pictures of Damage items include

They sucks, came 21 day later after loading our things, broke 2 of my planters, and my tv entertainment center and the legs of my dining table are missing. It has been two weeks but still my furnitures are missing

If you want your property broke and broken into and late call them oh after you pay them and you try to do and insurance claim they won't answer the phone so get a lawyer
