Scam artists!! These guys were checking out my husband from a massage and told him that they'd give him three massages at a discounted price, so he bought the promotion. This happened back in April. But we were traveling in May, traveling in June, traveling twice in July. So finally in August we called up to schedule, and they tell us that they expired a month ago. EXPIRED?? What?? There was NO documentation given to him at the time about these massages. They had both his email and phone number, and there were NO calls to say, "FYI, in case you missed it, these expire." But they are adamant that they told him when he bought it. He bought it immediately after a massage, probably still half asleep. How in the world could you expect him to remember that?? Give him a slip of paper! And then the manager, Kayla, calls and condescendingly explains each piece of the story about 5 or 6 times, because I must not have heard it the first time when she tells me that they expired a month ago. Really???? Bottom line: This business took our money and ran. Atrocious business ethics and TERRIBLE customer service. We'll never go back here!

I have been to Simply Massage on many occasions for different services, all with a great experience! Their staff is very friendly and every therapist I've seen there has been amazing. Thank you for creating such a relaxing retreat!

I have been going to Simply massage and spa since they first opened! I've gotten couples massages, ear candling, eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxes, facials, and most recently tried their new "Healing Touch" service- which was amazing! Healing touch can help with physical pain as well as mental inbalances such as anxiety and depression by repatterning your energy! I always feel better after going into Simply massage, no matter what the service is. Their costumer service is great as well ☺️☯️

I highly recommend Simply Massage. If you purchase a 60 minute massage you actually get a 60 minute massage!!! Jan, my massage therapist, is very knowledgeable about how the body works and gives great massages!
