I would give Simply Computing 10 stars if I could. Always exemplary service - they go beyond being helpful. I always appreciate that they keep the client's needs in mind and the most sensible and economical solution to any problem you might have. I would never consider any other Apple sales or service place. Recommend highly, without reservation!
Fantastic experience. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, thanks to Andrew Neary. Went to Simply Computing to get a OS Refresh, but also wanting to purchase a new power charger. They did the Refresh right away but did not have the charger. 2 weeks later I get a text message from Andrew, saying the charger is available and he left it aside for me. Thanks Andrew! Very appreciative and impressed...
Simply Computing Broadway in Vancouver is a reliable & trustworthy Mac dealer and service centre. I like how they take the time to find out what your needs are before explaining the product lines. They are really knowledgeable and super helpful. Have been going for 10 years now and bought my last three laptops there, my latest just last week. Would recommend their CareGuard warranty.
I had an amazing experience and I would give this place 6 stars if I could. A big thank you to Jason for running the diagnostics on my computer to identify the technical issues. Andrew was extremely helpful and I was impressed with the knowledge, attention to detail and care he put into helping me out with my MacBook issues. He made it one of the best customer service experiences that I've had in a while!
Fast, efficient, and friendly. I had the Simply Computing team on West Broadway repair my 15-inch MacBook Pro and within days it was back to me and better than ever. These guys could not be more professional and courteous with their service. Highly recommended!
I have been buying apple products and accessories from Simply Computing for over 10 years. Their customer service, advice an availability has been consistently exceptional. Most recently I was in for an out-of-warranty repair and they managed the entire process with Apple. They set expectaions early on and then delivered the repair ahead of schedule and at no cost to me. If you live in Vancouver this should be your first stop for everything to do with Apple products.
Options in store for purchase was great. Customer service was kind and efficient. I do not recommend purchasing used items from here. Although I am in a unique situation due to living outside of the lower mainland, I had trusted the item I purchased would work. It does not. I have no way to return and they told me they could not help me without the device back in store....it is unfortunate because otherwise my experience was a good one at this store.
Had a wonderful experience at the Vancouver Simply Computing store recently. My 2017 iMac was running at a snail's pace, and the Simply staff promptly diagnosed the problem as a slow factory-installed hard drive. They suggested I upgrade to an external SS drive and, for a modest price, they converted my VW bug into a Maserati! Robert Cole and his staff provided me with professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended.
I bought an I-Mac Pro from Otto Liang on Jan.6/23. I want to say how happy and pleased I was with the service, the time and the effort that Otto gave to me. It took me 3 days to make that purchase ...Otto was so patient and explained the differences between my old Air and the new Pro to me so well. He is a valued salesman and tech support and I give him a 5+. Thank you Otto!
I was very satisfied with my service. I thought the price for the service with Apple Care was very reasonable. It was completed within the time frame outlined to me. Particularly, an employee named Robert was super kind and helpful, really went above and beyond.
