I've had lunch here and the food and service were AMAZING!!! So we had our daughters 21st birthday dinner there. Same service and same food!!! The owners and all of their staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. I'd definitely have another event there and will be back for lunch and/or dinner. Thank you Carol and Kevin for such am amazing evening.
We had a rather large baby shower here and they had everything all set up and ready for us to decorate when we got there. The two rooms together accommodated 80 people comfortably. The staff did an amazing job. Very helpful and attentive to our party. Highly recommend this place for banquets as well as just a night out with family or friends for lunches and dinners. There’s a smaller bar in the front of the restaurant but it’s perfect for hanging out after a banquet with a few friends and family. Their mimosas are quite good. The food was great and there was enough for everyone at the party. They still have the recipes from its former owner known as Juliano’s so if you liked their food, then you will love this place!
I ordered the lobster ravioli with shrimp and I CANNOT get over how good this was !! My husband got their fish and chips and he definitely enjoyed them, however , the owner told us they are perfecting their recipe and making some changes to it , so we can’t imagine how much better it’s going to be. This was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back! Family ran and owned , had the best service and food !

Only have been here twice and both experience have been horrible. First time they stole my credit card information and now I'm here for a catering event and the service is horrible. Never took the plates nor did she ask if I needed more water, and it wasn't just me it was everyone at the table. We also had to go looking for service when it was needed, and each time she was found on her cellphone. For 10 minutes we watched her walk back and forth on her phone. Don't think I'll be back after this for sure. I think they should hire my 86 old Grandma who was clearing the tables.
Food was decent. I think a little high priced. Everything seemed clean.
Decided to try something different from the chain restaurant and picked Simple Palate for dinner. My wife and I had lobster mac and cheese and we are very disappointed. Tiny pieces of what we were told is lobster was mixed in and even though we payed for extra lobster, it was hardly any. When I asked the waitress if we could order lobster on the side instead of mixed in next time, she said that the owner wouldn’t allow this. On the positive side, my daughter and her husband’s shrimp mac and cheese were better. It could be more shrimps. considering us paying extra, but it was okay. Not the bed place, but not the worst either.
Attended a high school reunion at Simple Palate. The food was good, though I suspect it wasn't from the regular menu. Therefore, viewing it solely as a banquet venue, I found the staff very helpful and accommodating; and the food very competitive, including a pleasant surprise of salmon filets. I plan a return visit to try their signature mac-n-cheese variations!
I must say, I was throughly impressed. There is such a cozy atmosphere here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They even called to let me know my carry out was ready. More over, the food was delicious blackened herb- crusted salmon. And to top it off- they make a pretty good Shirley Temple virgin, of course. Been meaning to try this rest for a while. I am glad I did.
Waitress was great but was left all alone to wait on a very large group of us in back as well as handle the groups and customers out front. She was run ragged. Did a good job but too much for 1 waitress. They need to hire more to help her. Other than that, the food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant.Food: 5/5
