Simone's Caribbean Restaurant

Everything here is outstanding. I can recommend any of the vegetarian rotis as well as the ackee and salt fish with rice and peas. Even the peppery coleslaw is special! Very generous portions, too. In the middle of Greektown, it may be one of the most underrated Jamaican restaurants in Toronto.

Food is very fresh. Service is wonderful. Dependable time given. I had the goat curry with green banana and a side of callaloo. It was clean and healthy food with a mild balanced very savoury flavours.

Have ordered and dined in plenty of times at Simone's. The food is always delicious. I find it to always be fresh and packed with flavour. The prices have gone up throughout the years, but i'd say it is definitely worth it! One of the only Carribean restaurants of that specific area on the Danforth.

We enjoy going out. Last night we visited this delicious place which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely time there with superb dishes and a nice stuff and an impressive chief cook. We added this venue in our phone list and we will no doubt come back very soon. We deeply recommend.

Great food and patio is really cute. I love the Johnny cakes and coleslaw. Curry chicken is good too and their sorrel run drinks delish. Good portions. Not crazy about the ox tail, jerk or BBQ.

We came to this restaurant for a meeting. we heard about this place from a lot of people. Well, it was very nice. The staff members were extremely nice and we felt fantastic. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

I've been on a bit of a mission to find the best oxtail in Toronto - my mission just ended. There is no topping the oxtail from Simone's. The depth of flavour had me trying to identify the different herbs and spices in her recipe - the peppers where perfectly cooked - YUM!!

Just finished a delivery order and it was phenomenal. Kudos to the person who mentioned the coleslaw...it was fantastic. Had the jerk chicken and the curry chicken roti with two orders of the johnny cakes. All were great. Considering it was delivery it was also warm and fresh, but hopefully we can visit in person one day soon!
