My gold filigree jewellery box had been damaged and the first jeweller I went to said to me, “The only person I know who could possibly repair that box without ruining it is Simon!”  That is how I met Simon, decades ago.  He, indeed, repaired it such that no one would have known it had been damaged.  Since that time, I have been a loyal customer of Simon’s Jewellers, and with good reason.  The quality, quantity and variety of jewellery and related items available to choose from in Simon’s is astounding.  The level of expertise that Simon demonstrates when repairing or redesigning objects of beauty is second to none.  Most recently, I was looking for a replacement bracelet for a watch that was a gift from my daughter; Simon found the perfect bracelet for metal and colour match.  The unique loops on the watch did not allow the bracelet to be used as it was manufactured, so Simon reconfigured it to fit the loops, and the finished product looked like they were made for each other.  I highly recommend Simon’s Jewellers for all your jewellery and related needs, whether it be for a new purchase, or for repairs of highly valued possessions.

I went in to Simon's today to have a battery replaced in my watch. Went back about 20 minutes later and picked it up and paid $15 + tax. Left the store and went to another to do some Christmas shopping and looked down at my watch to check the time and my watch had stopped working and noticed a couple of stones inside the watch on the numbers had fallen off. Went back to Simon's and told them the battery quit and a couple stones fell off and the older gray haired lady took my watch and shook it and then the battery started. She said it was because one of the hands was stuck preventing it from keeping time. So I asked her about the two stones that are visibly off where they are supposed to be and she said to my while laughing "what do you expect it's costume jewelry!" I said yes, but I paid over $400 for my watch and when I pay for an experienced jeweler to replace the battery I don't expect him to wreck it! She said they would fix it but I would have to pay for that service. Are you kidding me? Your watch guy is the one that banged it too hard to get the back on after replacing the battery so he should fix it! She wouldn't budge and said (she was still laughing at me I might add) they would not fix unless I paid them again. Unreal! Now I have to pay for someone else to fix my watch which was in perfect conditon (other than needing new battery). I will never go back to this place and I will make sure to let others know about their horrible customer service! I will give Peoples Jewelers which is right across from them our service from now on.

Very good service! They fixed my watch that other places said can't be done. Highly recommended jeweller.
