Most of my jewelery is from here and I've never had an issue with them. From getting cleanings to having my rings resized, or diamonds replaced, the employees are always kind and warmhearted and preform great customer service.

This is the type of store you call and no one answers the phone. Actually happened to me twice. Rings about 40 times. I'm now going on the fourth month waiting for my fiancés engagement/wedding ring. We've waited so long we don't even want it anymore. Took it in Jan 28 and it's now April 27. And forget about getting help from head office. They just call the branch for you and then come back with another excuse. TAKE HEED. I would recommend Peoples Jewellers to NO ONE
