We came in here to return some items for my dad , the selection is really Impressive despite the outside appearance of the building. It would take quite awhile to really take everything in and I like that it's all on display. They were really good about returning the items which gave us time to look around. Prices are comparable but there is definitely a better "quality " selection then I've seen in box stores.
Love this place. Every time we visit, we always come away with a good deal in beautiful lamp / light fixture. Staff is always friendly and helpful, buy not at all pushy.
I purchased two table lamps from this shop for my living room. They're definitely a little more expensive than they would have been had I shopped around and driven to Hamilton but I didn't want to do that. I'm pleased with them as they are much better than what I had before. As for the service I received, the young woman I dealt with was competent and dealt with my order swiftly.
Friendly staff, very patient... I loved their website and the links offered to see many more choices available!!
Great place to shop. Good service and good prices. Shop local. Not necessary to go to Big Box store for variety. If Simcoe Lighting does not have it they will order it.
Superb service; excellent value. A must go-to when decorating or renovating your home. The staff are knowledgeable, accommodating and very helpful.
