Awesome customer service! These folks are super friendly and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. We have worked with them for weeks trying to pick out the right flooring for us. We finally made the purchase and we had it installed. We found we were three boxes short, they went the very next day and picked up the boxes in Toronto area so our installer could finish the project. They also let us borrow the screw drill for putting down our sub floor prior to installation at no extra costs. Their customer service is A1 in my books. Go here, they are great people to work with!

If there was an option for a 10 star review Gord, Mike and the staff would deserve it. We just moved to Simcoe and wanted flooring done before moving in. Had a serious issue with our initial supplier Alexanians in Hamilton. Cancelled with them and searched out a local supplier. We liked that NuFloors is a family run business. I went to the store on a Monday, Gord came out on Tuesday to measure, had a quote on Wednesday. Tile came in the following Tuesday and a week later it was installed. Went to Nufloors just looking for pricing and to my surprise they had the best price in the area for my ledger stone project!! Front reception did an outstanding job helping me pick the right style stone for my specific project!! After narrowing down my choices they ordered me samples and eventually all my supplies!! I would recommend Nufloors to anybody looking for great prices and service!! I will definitely return when I need to complete my kitchen floor!!!

I had to privilege of having new floors install carpet in my basement. They came on time, the product was fantastic, and the end result transformed our basement. The staff is also very friendly and helpful - Give them a call and find out for yourself :D
