I've bought two computers from Signa and I've found the prices to be very competitive and the customer service excellent. Whenever connecting with their team, I never wait longer than an hour or so to hear back from them, which is fantastic especially with technical questions. Their website is also very easy to use and intuitive, allowing you to choose exactly what type of PC you want for your budget, and they are more than happy to walk you through the process as well.
Very happy with my purchase. I bought an Expert CAD workstation and it runs lightning fast. I ran into a firmware issue with the motherboard when I first took it home and the Signa team made it their immediate priority to get it fixed. They got me back up and running within 24 hours and I've had no other issues since. I would absolutely recommend Signa for high performance PCs in Toronto!
I bought a 3D workstation from Signa a few weeks ago. Since then I have been putting it through its paces doing GPU/CPU rendering. The machine is incredibly stable and I have not had a single issue with it rendering for multiple days without a break. The build quality is fantastic and the machine was configured well. It is obvious that these are people with experience building and configuring high end machines. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I always knew exactly what was going on and when to expect delivery. Beyond the professionalism the folks at Signa are friendly, nice people which makes it a joy to work with them. This is now the second computer I have bought from them, I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
We have occasion to use Signa 3 times. Office staff very helpful in explaining options and recommendations. The in home service twice and one remote session all provided by Jason who was very knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and helpful. Very happy with service. And I appreciated office follow up.
In short: Great, friendly customer service. Quick turnaround. Competitive pricing. Excellent communication. I recently purchased a gaming PC built by Jack from Signa. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It's been a while since I got a new PC more than 10 years, so I've been out of touch with what's new/available. Their website is easy to use, with just enough options for customization, but it doesn't leave you overwhelmed with choices. I needed some advice on certain combinations, so I decided to give Signa a call. That's when I got in touch with Jack. He was super patient with my questions and offered advice on what made the most sense to spend money on, and areas I can save. Then I proceeded to place the order through the website and I opted for delivery by hand. Jack mentioned that it may take a few days to get all the parts to have it built. Then I received a call two days later from Jack. He mentioned that the case I wanted wasn't in stock, but he can use an upgraded case, free of charge, to build the PC for me, and asked if I was OK with it. I gave him the OK and he said that he would deliver the PC the next day. Then later that day, Jack said he was available that evening to bring the PC by, so it was a pleasant surprise. Not only was the PC ready earlier than expected, but Jack was super punctual with the delivery. Fast forward about a week. I received a text from Chen asking if I needed any help with a computer order. This was probably me trying to do certain configurations on their website, but left something in the cart or something. I let Chen know that I had already purchased something from them and was happy with my new PC. Then I was told that I could reach out any time if there are any issues with anything, and they would be happy to help. This is the difference between a small business that takes the time and effort to provide the best service to their customers, vs. those big box stores ahem, Canada Computers that leave their customers hanging when something goes wrong. Not only that, Signa's pricing is SUPER competitive. I will definitely come back to Signa for my future computer needs. I highly recommend Signa if you are looking to build a PC.
Kind of a late review since I dealt with them a while ago but I got a follow up email and couldn't help but want to share my experience. From the jump it was pretty great. I spoke with someone on the phone and they were very attentive and helpful, we switched over to email communication to discuss what the issue was, the quote, and then details to deliver my computer. I was recovering from Covid and very weak so I couldn't leave an do this myself. I got a courier to bring it over and asked them to deliver it back after agreeing to a delivery fee. Warning, delivery fee is kind of high. be prepared They communicated what the problem was as they fixed and replaced what needed to be replaced, got me the graphics card I wanted and installed easy, and within 24 hours I had my computer delivered back to me and even at a slightly lower rate as they discounted the delivery fee for me. Honestly the only tiny baby negative of this whole encounter was that I wasn't informed when someone was on their way to deliver my computer back and I was caught rushing to put clothes on. Overall great experience. I'm hoping to save up money so that I can bring in my computer again for an aesthetic kind of upgrade, like more RBG and stuff. Overall a great group and amazing service.
I quickly received a email regarding my computer to determine if the team at Signa could ensure my computer meets my needs. Before even reaching my house they provide me with video instructions to ensure it was running accordingly. Awesome product and fantastic team.
I have been a repeat loyal customer and known the owners for over 30 years. Great service, friendly staff, will build to suit your needs, and timely repairs. If you can't bring your computer to them, they will make a house call.
I recently went to Signa for a repair after I damaged my PC installing new hardware. They made some upgrades and I love my new PC! I 100% will be going back for any computer needs and I would recommend others do that same.
What a great company! They are responsive to the customer.  I modified my order a full 24 hours after I had placed the order.  They adapted to the change without blinking an eye, and they completed the order early, even with the change!  They have answered all my questions.  They include a nice product overview sheet, that helps if you have any questions upon setting up your computer.  Very fast with email responses and phone call follow ups.  I would definitely shop here again. And a free high quality mouse pad, very nice touch! A shout out to the crew: Greg, Chen and Jack are AWESOME to work with and all very helpful!
