What a wonderful experience!! The New Owner has brought in some excellent, healthy, safety conscious new products.The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and made my whole visit a learning experience. Definitely 5 Stars, if there were 10 Stars available I would whole heartedly give the Sidney Pet Centre 10 Stars. I highly recommend them!! It was a pleasure & I will positively be back. Thank you so much, my babies are happy 😊

They will go out of there way to help you out! They even opened the store early so I could make my ferry home.

Unbelievable staff, so knowledgeable and friendly. The new owner is a doll!! Definitely keeping my business moving forward!

We had issues with our bank account and the new owner was so helpful with our new little hamsters cage. I will definitely recommend this shop for anyone wanting anything to do with their furry family members.
