A family member visiting Sidney discovered Four Paws (and loved it!) and bought us a gift - a lovely leash and collar set. Upon receipt, I was disappointed to discover it didn't fit and assumed there'd be no way to exchange it - I'm on the mainland. But one phone call in to Vincent (so helpful!) and we received a new set in the mail just two days later. Such great service! We'll be faithful customers from here on in every time we're on the island. Thanks Four Paws!

Awesome new store right on Beacon in Sidney. Great service and so nice to find Fromm without travelling outside the peninsula. Ihad a really nice chat with the woman that works there too. Very knowledgeable and informative. Welcome to Sidney Four Paws!

Great selection of food, clothes, pet carriers and toys. Awesome customer service too, you can tell they really care!! We'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything, Kiwi loves her new travel bag!
