I came here just to look around and I had a great time being helped by Helen and Paul. Helen brought out several watches for me to try on and I ended up purchasing both a watch and a diamond bracelet because of their wonderful service and the lovely products they have in store.
Excellent collections of 24 crt jwellery.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only thing the sales did was staring at me without any greetings. I heard they are shutting down some of their stores. Don’t blame it on COVID because that is not the reason.

Sales reps are judgmental. I came in wearing a sweater got no service or attention. Came back wearing a Canada goose and everyone wanted to help. Hmm no surprise. Did not buy anything b/c of this
Worst customer service ever!! No greetings from the sales, not even a hello, all they did was staring at you though I am the only customer in the entire store... could have given 0 star if there is such option
