Great store, Good Collections,

Great shopping experience! Staff was patience, helpful and they have good product knowledge. They helped me get what I was looking for. I found a beautiful piece and I believe they have something for everyone. Luk Fook Jewellery is a brand I have grown up knowing it and is a brand I trust.

Jewellery store based in HK with locations across US, Canada and Asia, is now open in Richmond Center. LukFook not only sells wearable jewellery but gold home decor as well. Bright and customer-friendly store design, with prices marked on all pieces, even in the window display.

The sales was very helpful and friendly. It took less than 10 minutes to find what we wanted . Thank you

Sales people have a bad and snobby attitude. They assume you cannot afford their jewellery when you can. Staff are also too materialistic, they think you cannot afford their products if you don't wear designer brands from head to toe. They will also pressure you a lot to buy their products.
