Worst customer service I have ever received! Over charges me a month after I told them I had moved my stuff out. Impossible to get ahold of them, would highly recommend anywhere else. Not to mention the unit was infested with crickets when I goty stuff out and had to deal with catching them all once I got my stuff out!
I've a storage space rented there, nice and secure, easy in & out. Good people to deal with
I am currently have a brand new trailer stored at Sur Lok storage. Within the first month and half, our new trailer battery was stolen from the front of our trailer. We are out a new 200 dollar battery. We are not able to pin point the day. So nothing was done. We now have to take our battery home with us.. what's next our propane tanks ?. So letting people there no, there is a thief inside the storage facility. Lock your stuff up.
The worst place everI've had my boat there for 4 years and they keep calling and harassing me to move my stuff that belongs to the boat I will bI will be looking for another spot
Very disappointed in their customer service. Never did get a straight answer as to why I didn’t get my full deposit back when I followed all the protocols.
It is in an open field, lots of mice
