Showcase Of Flowers

I called today regarding an arrangement for a family member whose spouse passed away too early after a battle with cancer. I wanted the arrangement to be just right but I live in another state. The florist was so helpful, texted pictures back and forth of different options, and the final product was even more beautiful than what I had requested. I especially love how they tastefully integrated my request for butterflies (which hold special symbolic value to my loved one). I highly recommend this florist.

I had ordered flowers through Avas as their adversiment on the web said "local family owned" Avas lied. They are New Jersey and it is a call center. I should have used Showcase Flowers directly. I thought I had been scammed. Crystal called me from Showcase and explained Avas places orders through Showcase. Crystal was very nice and professional. Do yourself a favor order direct from Showcase Flowers.

I was truly running behind and out of options for a gift for a near and dear friend. I stopped into the shop, was greeted quickly and the manager took time from her arrangement to help me find the perfect gift! We paired it with flowers from their cooler and off I went! Perfect experience, excellent customer service, and great value. Thank you!

I called one florist and the message was that they were busy and I should order online. The next florist ended up being connected to a national call center. I went back and called Showcase because they only showed a local number. I instantly got a real and delightful human being and placing my order was easy and fast. It was a much more pleasant experience talking to someone actually in the shop!

In the rush of a holiday, our flowers were....not perfect. I called and spoke with Crystal and she made things perfect. Thanks for taking the time to make things right. I would recommend this florist.
