The Shouldice Aquatic Centre has a number of features and amenities for you and your family to enjoy, including:
• An indoor, 25-meter salt water swimming pool with six lanes.
• A dive pool with a 1.5 metre slide and two diving boards – a 1-metre board and a 3-metre board.
• A large, newly renovated co-ed steam room
• Two rope swings into the lane pool
• A 3 metre water slide into the lane pool

It is a small centre it has one regular size and one small size swimming pool. It does not have a separate viewing area. If you are accompanying your kids and do not want to go to water, you will need to seat on benches around the pool. Parking is also small and can be full at busy times.
The pool has the ac running? What kinda of pool has air conditioning? It should be warm and humid like every other pool ever. Its too dam cold i tell ya. My kid was actually happy to leave thats why im leaving two stars instead of one
I used to come swimming here everyday , than they installed a steam room instead of a hot tub which would have been better , than closed due to roof repairs that took forever ! Gave up and joined the Y and I am spoiled now , well worth the difference in monthly cost. Just hope the city has enough money to put parking lines for the patrons.
We love coming to this community swimming pool. The staff are so great; helpful and friendly. The deep water tank has 2 diving boards. I like that the lane pool is only slightly deeper in the middle so my young sons can stand at either end. The steam room is nice to warm up in. The pool water is a bit warmer than others, which is good for me. The women's change room has a few lockers for using your own lock, the rest take quarters. There's one changing cubicle, with a change shelf for baby. One semi-private shower stall and 4 open showers in the hallway.
This facility is really well kept, most of the staff is friendly and helpful there are sad exceptions. Locker rooms are in good condition but the benches are too narrow. I've only been at night when there's not many people but I can imagine that it must be kind of difficult to put your stuff on the benches when it's crowded. Also, it takes quite a while for the water from the showers to cool down. It's too hot for my liking. I love that they play music during lane swimming. It keeps you motivated!
Nice spacious, neat pool. Instructors and staff are great. My toddler is really enjoying the parent and tot classes. Water could be a little warmer though. Been a bit chilly of late. And puddles in locker room could be dealt with better, but that's more on users who don't care where they squeeze off
Super friendly helpful staff. Well-maintained facility. Open only 4 days a week, wish it was open 7 days a week. A two-year lockdown made a lot staff of go to other fields. It has lots of timeslots for swimming lengths & family swim times. The pool water smells sweet & clean, a blueish hue gives you a sense of something tropical. Kept at a perfect temperature for swimming. The sauna is large as to not to trigger a feeling of claustrophobia & hot. No active snack machines, bring your own snacks.
awesome pool in a really nice location, usually not very busy and really clean. they have a pretty high diving board, but also a lower one too if you dont want to jump from that high
Massively Huge and Steaming Hot, the steam room that is.
It sure changed, cobb Salat made with shortcuts, hamburger served closed and not open, cold fries.
