im  glad so many ppl don't like this pharmacy ppl lol this pharmacy employee is kind rude and unprofessional job to customer . .nseriously this pharmacy ppl need Retraining about customer care   lol  u will get feel like a disrespect treat.they are way too slow and they will lie to you on over the phone as well.or never pick upnTHIS IS NOT IRONIC but WAY BETTER  ACCROS STREET REXALL.nI hope they can understand why customer need medication at first place.

While shopping for a fragrance , Sheila , came over to help me. What a lovely young woman. She is always so happy and smiling. You can tell she loves her job and helping people. I prefer to shop at the cosmetics counter when she is on duty. Very knowledgeable about the products and services.

I hope that management realizes what a great asset Sheila is! My days instantly brighter when she greets me at the door, and if she’s at the beauty counter, I always try and cash out there.

I personally do not like the shoppers drug Mart pharmacy anymore. I had a problem with my medication where I was missing 10 or 12 days of my prescription for ADHD and I spoke with my doctor originally to send a new prescription to them and they told me that it wasn’t enough and that they needed the early release form which they sent to my doctor, but the secretary couldn’t understand what exactly they wanted and I told her about the prescription and that they were telling me that it was not good enough and that they needed the release form to with the prescription and I asked shoppers to send it all at once, and it took almost 3 days  without medication and calling back-and-forth to my doctors office and being put on hold at shoppers at least 30 times for countless hours and days while I was half asleep without my medication and could barely think. I spoke with the owner and her attitude or tone, makes it difficult to remain calm although I kept my cool she told some bogus story to my doctor as welll and thankfully without shoppers I had my prescription the next day. I recommend pharmasave or Boggio’s if you have time to wait for Boggio’s slow relaxed service approach.
