Made a large purchase there.  Returned a couple of items.  Had the receipt and was within time limits.  Was paid for with interact.  I had my interact card to get the refund.  Because I had changed banks I was refused a refund.  Given a gift card instead. They have lost me as a customer.  I don't deal with companies that I feel are ripping the customer off.

I bought something and they wouldn't let me return it 10 minutes later unopened. The manager was unpleasant (keeping it PG) about the whole scenario. After complaining to head office, head office could also not convince this manager to take it back but was able to get another store to oblige. I found out that all Shopper's stores are independently owned and make their own rules. This one must be owned by someone who does not care about the customer. I highly recommend visiting another pharmacy (even another Shoppers!) if at all possible.

This place is a total joke and deserves 0 stars, staff are useless, shelves never have products stocked EVER!, just overall so bad that I now drive a little further and use the Wal-Mart. (by default I was forced to give them 1 star in order to post)

This is a retirement area.  When I first arrived I tried to use the pharmacy. They kept making mistakes and never managed to organize themselves to not have a long line. BUT, the final straw was over not having bathrooms. First they claimed no public restrooms. Then, the pharmacy said in an emergency they might unlock the door. I have bowel disease soo, I transferred my prescription to another pharmacy. Recently I stopped for on sale item and suddenly needed a restroom. Now they hatefully claim it is broke. 7 years of trying to shop at the nearest pharmacy has failed. By the way, every other business in the shopping strip is on to Shoppers stunt and they do not want you using their bathrooms without shopping there. I had to drive down the street to IDA pharmacy that has a big handicapped bathroom by the pharmacy unlocked. Shoppers sure doesn't understand a community full of retirees.
