Shoppers Drug Mart

Every time I come to shoppers the cashier is missing. Today I had to search for the cashier because I was waiting over five minutes and needed to purchase a gift card, just to find her in the makeup section talking with another worker. There was a line waiting to be checked out, do your job! If you’re going to close earlier at least get better employees who go to their job to work and not chit chat when people are trying to get home.

The store is good, the pharmacy is a problem. We have an issue every single time we need a prescription filled. In the last 3 weeks we have encountered issues with them not being able to process benefits yet another staff member had no issue the next day, claiming not to have received prescriptions sent from hospital, prescriptions not being ready hours after the said they would be. It’s generally been a very frustrating experience dealing with this pharmacy and their staff. Time to find somewhere else to do business.

I had such a great experience today! Evie in cosmetics was absolutely amazing! The normal tils were down, and she was swomped. Another wonderful lady, i didn't catch her name hopped in to help out while Evie could help me. Needless to say, i had no clue what i was doing or really was looking for. Evie was able to figure out what i was trying to say and found a product that was right for me. She was patient, kind, understanding and very helpful! Thanks so very much Evie!

Visited this location for the first time. Store looked clean, organized, and well marked. Some renovations seemed to be in progress toward the back, so a few seasonal items weren’t easily accessible, but it should improve once complete. Staff were available to help, and the self checkout process was smooth and easy.

Pharmacy team specifically. I’m sick of waiting on hold over 20 minutes just to have “pharmacy please hold” the second someone answers then the phone disconnects/ they hang up and I have to wait all over again and recall. This location does this constantly, this is the third time. Then when you finally get through to someone they can’t wait to say goodbye and hang up you have to talk over them to get them to listen if you have more than one question.
