Pharmacist Ms. Chelsea was so thorough in reviewing my Nay’s Mother in Tagalog prescription medications before she dispensed new prescription medications to ensure that both do not interact with any that my Nay is taking, ensured my Mother has no allergies to medications and emphasized that food is eaten before taking the medicine.nnWe felt cared for by Ms. Chelsea. We are gratefulthat we walked into this Shopper’s Drug Mart after an emergency dental visit.nnWe would also like to thank the gentleman with whom I dropped off the prescription and who cared to expedite dispensing the medications. Thank you so much tonMs. Chelsea and the gentleman, whose name tag I didn’t see.

I lost my new medihaler after 1 night and came in the next morning to get a new one. I pleaded with 'Seun Ogungbile the pharmacist to not charge me again for the prescription, just sell me a new inhaler... which she did, thank God for her understanding heart. I am also impressed with the cleanliness of the whole store and washroom . But you will appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the whole staff... when you go there...its a great drug store.

kim was absolutely phenomenal. I struggle with acne scaring and she walked me through a skincare line that she personally uses and loves.nshe was very professional and educated.nI had an amazing experience with her assistance.

Went to get a prescription just before 8pm. Was told the wait time is 30 mins. Okay, fair, whatever. While I was waiting I heard the staff talking about weather and whatnot. Then, 40 minutes into my waiting they said they can't read the prescription. Then, I could hear them calling the hospital to no avail and then finally they asked me if it was coming an emergency room. Ridiculous. I left without getting what I came for. Won't be coming back

Told me 45 min for my Rx, then got angry when I showed up 45 min later and then told me it’ll be another 10 min, then ignored me while I stood in line after 10 min for an emergency allergy medication. And this is coming from someone who also works in a pharmacy. Understaffed and poorly trained- no customer service skills or consideration for patient’s health condition whatsoever
