I recently had a frustrating experience at Wells. I saw an Axe body spray with a price tag of $3.99, but when I tried to purchase it, the associate charged me $12. I was shocked to see the same product listed for $5 on your company website.nnI feel like I was scammed, and it's unacceptable that your store would engage in such blatant price manipulation. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the associate claimed it was a mistake. However, this incident has left a sour taste, and I hope you'll take steps to ensure accurate pricing and fair customer treatment in the future.

Walked into the Shoppers in Canmore to buy a new perfume. Unfortunately I had to deal with the lady with the short orange hair at the Beauty Boutique. I politely asked about the return policy, and she hit me with, “Technically you have 30 days… but we suggest you Google the scent notes before buying it.”nnOh, okay. Because clearly a Google search can tell me how it’ll smell on my skin? How does someone working in a fragrance department not understand that? Thanks for the helpful tip, weirdo.nnHere’s a suggestion: maybe Google “how to not be condescending to customers.”

As a life long Canmore resident I will never shop again at this place due to the insulting parking situation. Expecting me to waste 2 minutes of life to fill out parking access when I only have to go in for one item really sums up the greed from this store. Friendly staff though.

Furious ! My 92 year old Mother, born and raised in Canmore, parked in the handicap parking, went in to this store for no more than 15 mins and came out to a $50 parking ticket. Will NOT shop here again. Manager refused to do anything about it.

The staffs at the perfume section are rude!!! They judged me why I put back one of the perfume set back on the display cause I thought it was empty and only for display and I wanted a new one from the back storage.
