I recently had a frustrating experience at Wells. I saw an Axe body spray with a price tag of $3.99, but when I tried to purchase it, the associate charged me $12. I was shocked to see the same product listed for $5 on your company website.nnI feel like I was scammed, and it's unacceptable that your store would engage in such blatant price manipulation. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the associate claimed it was a mistake. However, this incident has left a sour taste, and I hope you'll take steps to ensure accurate pricing and fair customer treatment in the future.

I typically have good experiences at this Shoppers. However, a few weeks ago, I asked a question to one of the beauty boutique workers the girl with short orange hair and glasses and she was rude as mentioned by another reviewer on here. I felt reluctant to buy anything after interacting with her but the other girls from the beauty boutique Betiana and Mami were very kind and helpful so I went ahead with my purchase. The other workers through the store are usually pleasant. The Indian lady at cash not sure of her name is always very helpful!

Kim the beauty specialist needs training in how not to come across as racist and discriminatory. I am a lawyer and was about to purchase a perfume but I am also indigenous and she treated me like a shoplifter upon entry.nnPlease speak with her, as it is very clear she needs to be talked to about this.

This is the best shopper’s drug mart I’ve ever been to. No need for a Canmore Sephora - this place has incredible makeup and skincare, and tons of great selection on other essentials. Very comprehensive store for anything you forgot on your trip!

Walked into the Shoppers in Canmore to buy a new perfume. Unfortunately I had to deal with the lady with the short orange hair at the Beauty Boutique. I politely asked about the return policy, and she hit me with, “Technically you have 30 days… but we suggest you Google the scent notes before buying it.”nnOh, okay. Because clearly a Google search can tell me how it’ll smell on my skin? How does someone working in a fragrance department not understand that? Thanks for the helpful tip, weirdo.nnHere’s a suggestion: maybe Google “how to not be condescending to customers.”
