Shoppers Drug Mart

I’ve always been coming to shoppers and have never received the help I got today. Sindy is AMAZING, she helped me and my daughter get all the perfect products for our face because we’ve been dealing with bad skin lately, her knowledge and help totally helped us. She is so kind and sweet, knows about everything and was a major help. Every time i go here I will always ask for Sindy. Best shoppers experience me and my family have ever had, thank you Sindy!!

Not a resposibe pharmacy. Didn't arrange medicine even I call before. She Pharmacy assistance gave me partial medeice. But pharmacist lady was good and explained nicely. Not going to that pharmacy again.

I thank the owner of this location, Uday Singh, for the opportunity to be Santa Clause on December 11. It was an experience for me that went well beyond putting on a suit and playing the jolly role. I commend Mr. Singh on his awareness, empathy, and focus on team and community building. It is the characteristic of successful servant leaders that make an extraordinary impact on the lives of individuals.nnI was impressed by just how many customers were so touched and thankful for a warm welcome and some personal, friendly words from Santa. The emotional hunger I felt in the hearts of the customers for that personal connection was so touching that it contributed to my personal empowerment on my mission for community building and taking care of each other.nnTo hear from customers so many times, a thank you for making their day, was encouraging and inspiring. Ms. Santa and I made sure we touched every single customer that entered the store and replaced the deepest frowns and saddest faces with smiles, giggles and even laughter. Our message to them all was to spread the spirit of the season, to spread joy and hope, to spread the love.nnIt made those 5 hours in a Santa suit seem like a vacation, certainly a time away from all the nonsense we come across in social media and the in-the-head processes that dominate too much of our lives.nnBut, there is so much more that I walked away with. It gave me a deep understanding of Shoppers Drug Mart customers, store operations, merchandising, employee relations, and more. With my past in brand management at Procter & Gamble and my time running Canada's second largest third-party merchandising force, I was able to connect and map out quite a bit of the elements that will determine the future of this retail segment and the impact that emerging technologies and trends will have.nnI plan to write a full post/article about the details of this as it is something that I have an ongoing interest in.nnI am thankful for the experience.

The staff at this store is amazing, that is everyone from pharmacy, to cosmetics to store front and the cashiers. Everyone is welcoming and always smiling. They care about the customers and if there is something you need and for them to check the back they will. This has happened multiple times and they went back and got the item. I would give ten stars if I could

I don’t understand how a big company like shoppers drug mart only has 1 pharmacist on duty I waited 30 mins and she still wasn’t ready. These people want us to spend our hard earned money and then want us to wait but can’t spend the extra money to have more then one professional on duty. It also looks like the individuals working in their are not licensed and are dealing with peoples medicine so impractical
