Shoppers Drug Mart

The shoppers drug mart at 1971 salem road north in ajax provides excellent customer service and is well staffed with knowledgeable, expert and friendly pharmacists and store employees. I highly recommend the store. You will have a great experience shopping there.

I visited to this location on Saturday to buy some nail polish. L'Oreal nail polish was on sale for$3.99 I selected 5 and at the cashier said it's$6.99 not$3.99 only selected colours are for that price. I told her to check the aisle and I myself rechecked the marked price was$3.99. Tall dark lady who was at the beauty boutique told with a attitude"if you want you can buy this for$6.99 that's the price. Original price is even more. This is how we mark the price" She was rude to the max. I came back without buying anything. She is so arrogant. This is the level of their customers service.

Ginella (sorry about spelling) in Beauty Boutique is really helpful, I give her 5 🌟's. Use this location for most of my mailing services too, staff gets 4 🌟's. Unfortunately the rest of the store goes at snail's pace. Honestly, if what I want isn't on the shelf, I leave. Trying to get staff for assistance is almost impossible. I understand being under staffed isn't that person's fault, but if I finally find a person to help, usually they not helpful at all.

Overall a nice Shoppers location. The cashier is very slow and always there is only one attendant. Their food and beverage section is reasonable with good variety.

Has a good selection of items and this is not a 24 hour location. The service could be a bit better.
