If you have a painful sore throat and need a rapid strep test, do NOT come here- they do not carry them!!! I suspect they make you wait 3 days in serious pain for the longer test so they can make more money off of you when you have to come back a second time to pick up your prescription. It's terrible that doctors don't put the health of their patients over money making. How hard is it to supply yourself with rapid strep tests like every other walk in clinic? Very disappointing- don't come here if you suspect you have strep throat!

Update the hours. Came here just after 5 to find out hours have changed and they are no longer open until 7.

Sylwia the receptionist gets a bad wrap for being "cold & unfriendly" not true, she's just Eastern European 😁 I've been there about 3 times for myself and my kids, she was friendly and helpful, even following up on an issue I had. She just has a monotone voice and a face that's not welcoming, not her fault! Sometimes there's an older doctor on standby, he was good with the kids. My issue is with Dr Gad, always feel rushed, always recommending for me to return even when not necessary, why .... to swipe ohip card!

The clinic is nice and clean, it's just the (female) doctor who doesn't actually care about the patients. If this place is close by, it's not worth the visit, go to a place where the walk in clinic doctor actually cares about the patient.

Couldn't diagnose my condition.prescribed unnecessary medication. Not a friendly and pleasant experience
