Shoppers Drug Mart

There were two clear lines for check out on a busy Saturday afternoon, when the cashier just closed her cash without warning and left. Left the customers in line baffled and forced to go to the back of the other line to cash out. Honestly, quite insulting.

Excellent service

On the eve of an extended departure from the region I managed to see my doctor for a prescription covering the period during which I will be absent. After 1 3/4 of waiting, I was informed that I was only given the pills for 1 month and that I must come back the next month for another refill. Nothing to do with the pharmacist tall, thin woman, dark hair and no discussion possible.nMoral of the story, if you have to be absent when on medication, don't arrange to be absent for more than a month otherwise, you will suffer... It's not a very dynamic pharmacy to take care of its customers ...

Ridiculous every time I come here it's always super slow at the checkout. Only one box open for a line of 15 people... a place that I avoid as much as possible

Closed checkout...but there are 3 self-service checkouts....fairly ordinary. Next time, I'll leave my stock there and go to another Pharmaprix......
