Fleuriste Chez Léonard

Update: the florist has contacted my mother and has indicated that this tree is apparently en vogue in some areas of the country (unfortunately or maybe fortunately this is not the case for Ontario) and it was an honest mistake/miscommunication and that she will make amends for the issue. It is too bad that at this point the funeral is over but hopefully we can come to a resolution - hence I have changed my original rating. My mother called into Chez Leonard from Ontario to order flowers for my dad's mother's funeral and was told that the shop had a lovely "bonsai" tree and they could add flowers to and there were small lights at the base and it would be lovely for a funeral. We received a photo of said tree and this is what was delivered to my memere's funeral (photo attached). This tree is neither appropriate for a funeral nor is it worth the $100 that was charged for a plastic twinkle light tree!!!
