another NON service from shoppers punishing people who don't exclusively shop there. I removed my business from shoppers for substituting meds for lesser powerful pills without my knowledge or permission and they got caught, admitted it, for the Second time they had done that to me, and maybe you too Today i went in to simply get a vaccine costco supplied and after conferring with the pharmacist there decided since i didn't buy it there, they wouldn't give me the injection Really? a walk in clinic supposedly, that refuses an injection? they said they dont trust the trained pharmacist at costco and didnt buy it there. I'd be seriously pissed which i was because everyone else closed for reconcilliation.... if i was the pharmacist at Costco , what a medical nightmare Alberta is

This shoppers obviously cannot make money without giving tickets to people that park in the common parking lot to use the walk in clinic. They have someone sitting there earning a paycheque to prey on people who are in obvious pain and suffering. If you want to reserve a few spots for your business, then make it obvious. Why don't you just take more money away from someone who is already losing a day's pay to have to see a medical professional. I don't recommend shopping here,. Don't support them ticketing people 80$ for parking in a parking lot.

The pharmacy's service was unsatisfactory and inefficient. The staff exhibited a lack of proficiency and organization. During my initial visit, I experienced an unreasonably long waiting period of five hours. Subsequently, I was required to make two trips to obtain my prescription due to an oversight on their part. If possible, I would rate their service as zero stars.

If you are looking for customer service from a pharmacy this is not the place to go. Was told an hour to fill a prescription so i came back the next day, still not ready.nAdd to that when you stand at the counter they all stand behind their monitor as if it's the most important task in the world, the customer at the counter can wait.nHey Loblaws, maybe a course in customer service is overdue.

Large parking area, but wife didn't notice the signs when she pulled in to goto the clinic across the lane from the lot. They have a strick 'no leaving the premises without a purchase' meaning even if she had gone in and bought something she still would have gotten her $85.00 ticket for parking on private property. So... now we will not be using the clinic nearby anymore... nor will we visit Shoppers Drugmart pharmacy to fill prescriptions, buy drinks and snacks while waiting at the clinic... or for any other reason. See how this works folks... my teenage kid went out to the car to get something and the meter maid was there writing up our ticket, and didn't say anything to him about moving the vehicle or getting a ticket. We would have moved it, he was sick/distracted and didn't ask or offer to get my wife to move it. Now that $85 fee... is our 'fine' for being potential customer's of that shopping complex. I'm making them go through claims and we aren't returning there ever.
