Shoppers Drug Mart

The staff have always been friendly and being right next to the hospital, the place has always been busy or reasonably busy when I've been there. Every time I've been to the post office there has been a line, but the post office manager is always quick with helping customers. The store has been well stocked and clean when I've been there but the back area of the store, particularly the corner with the post office is not very well-lit. Everyone at the store has a friendly demeanor, and I've always been greeted with a smile and hello.

We have been customers for years - since the store opened. The pharmacy and staff are exemplary. The regular store staff are polite, cheerful and efficient. The store itself is well organized, well stocked, and always very clean. We highly recommend it.

Simply said, "It's the type of pharmacy you don't need to call ahead to see who's working because you know that the quality of service will be wonderful no matter who's on shift". I have very high standards when it comes to costumer service and the entire pharmacy staff at this location have surpassed all of my expectations. They play an INSTRUMENTAL role in my ability to seamlessly manage my medications. Thanks!
