HORRIBLE PHARMACY!nI can’t even start on the issues I’ve had here.nn1. They gave me someone else’s prescription. Same medication, different dose with someone else’s name on it. Not only is that malpractice but extremely dangerous.nnot only did I have the name of this person, but the name of the doctor, what mediations they take, their phone number and their address. All of these things are sensitive information and things I should not have access too.nn2. They never answer the phone, and if they do they will leave you on hold. Every single time I call, it’s atleast 20 mins till I speak to someone, which then usually results in another hold. I’m actually on hold RIGHT NOW!! it’s been 45 minutes since I was put on hold and I’m convinced they forgot.nn3. Last time I got my medication the bottle said 60 capsules. The bottle I had only had 30 capsules. 30 days pass and I request a refill and I’m told started with 60 and I should have roughly 30 left. looking at it now THE BOTTLE ISNT BIG ENOUGH FOR 60 CAPSULES. I paid for 60 capsules, only got 30 and now have to pay for another 60… yeah not happening.nn4. They will never contact you. One of my medications I requested a refill for was apparently out of stock and they needed to wait for it. When you request refills they say they need 48hrs. After that time, I go in to get my prescription… and They said they don’t have any of it. THEN WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME?!?!nnI’m soooooo close to contacting the BBB and corporate.

I had to go pick up medication and there was a guy working named WALID who was incredibly rude. I went to fill a prescription for some medication and the girl who helped me was patient and very sweet I didn’t get her name but she was a younger black girl. I later went to pick up my prescription and I asked WALID if I can pay cash and he seemed like he was in a mood and was frustrated I even asked that. So I used my Mastercard and he didn’t hand it to me in my hand but instead tried like pushed it in my arm. There was a older black lady who was cashing me out and she was so pleasant and I didn’t get her name either but she had glasses and even tho a customer was being a jerk to her she kept being pleasant and present. Because of her this interaction with me I gave this a higher rating than if I just dealt with WALID.

My daughter went today July 18 2026 for a prescription antihistamine and the pharmacist sent her to the shelf to get her pills which are not the prescription ones. I tried to call and waited 40 mins on hold que 1 and then she came on and said hold and hung up.....i called back again she made me wait 40mins to say hold and hung up again. I called and spoke to a really nice guy named Jordan who went to speak with her and she just shrugged him off.....she is rude and can go work so.where else as this is unexceptable. Thank you Jordan for trying to help me out ......i am also sorry that she showed rudeness to you. To the owner ....its time to get some respectable people working for you.....as I am typing this she has hung up on me again. So my daughter paid out of pocket for the wrong pills....who is giving us that back because this pharmacist was too lazy to do her job.?

Absolutely terrible , indifferent and embarrassingly incompetent customer service from this pharmacy. I have had same Dr and have been on the same medication, same dose for 20 yrs. All my prescriptionrepeats are remote and have been so for a decade at least. My physician moved to a different location * 4 years ago *yet this pharmacy has not updated AND REFUSES TO UPDATE my Dr’s file to current fax number! They actually have the correct number in the system , but despite many , many courteous in person and telephone requests to fix this, they keep sending my prescription refill requests to a number *that has not existed for 4 years* and then just shrug and do nothing about it when I call it to their attention. I have been out of my medication for over a week, I have spoken to the pharmacy 3x in last 3 weeks month to get a refill, and when I called again today for a status update, the woman I spoke to on the phone was clearly impatient , beyond dismissive, kept talking over me and told me repeatedly “that’s just how our system is”. She offered no suggestion or recourse to how I might escalate to get this fixed. I called my Drs office to see if they had been experiencing this issues with other Shoppers drug marts and they assured me this is not the case, it is unique to this location. I am in recovery from chemo and I do need need the stress associated with dealing with this level of incompetence. Moving over to a pharmacy that cares.

Pharmacy is full of great staff: Neha and Bob and the tall young guy who is so eager to help. Also Thelma at front cash is the BEST and I wish I could just hang out all day with her. Efficient, kind and funny!
