Shoppers Drug Mart

I have used this Shopper's Drug Mart for years, but recently I decided that I deserved better. The pharmacy staff never get my prescription correct, aren't all that pleasant and don't follow through on what they say they're going to do. It's not like I'm new or that my prescriptions keep changing - there's no excuse for poor miserable service like this. Their pharmacist even tried to discuss my private information right at the counter in front of everyone when they have a consult room right there that never gets used. They often run out of products and say they'll deliver the balance to my house, but they never followed through on that either. In the store and post office most of the staff are very pleasant, but I always seem to turn up for something when the person I need is on break - i needed a passport photo - had to wait half an hour for the only girl who knew how to do photos. I decided that I deserved better service and am really happy with my new pharmacy at Pharma Plus - they even remembered my name after just one visit! i never had that kind of personal service at Shoppers.

cashier is too easily distracted..have way through cashing in my purchases..she has to stop and deal with another issue from staffer ..then returned to finish cashing me out..I had to bag my own purchases..she was still too busy with her distraction...here's a tip..first..finish with the customer at the cash making a purchase of merchandise...then when you are finished with that...then you go and deal with the other problem..

Their the best how much do u need help with it's shoppers ..... Grab and go....I give it a five I like u guys more than anyone ur family

Open late and close to hospital so it's handy. Pharmacist was helpful and quickly filled my prescription.

While I love Shopper's, this location seems understaffed. Every time I've come in (typically Saturday mid-day) it's been far fewer cashiers than the demand requires. Last time I brought my cart to the make-up counter after an extended wait for 2 transactions ahead of me to be completed with another 2 in front of me.
