There is more often than not a line and some confusion regarding prescriptions, it’s happened to me a few times where I have been shorted on my prescription told to come back another day when they have it available and then asked to pay again when I do return for it.  We typically have to go back-and-forth and the pharmacist will come out and somehow get to the bottom of it and confirm that I did in fact pay, this wouldn’t be an issue issue other than the fact that it’s happened more than once.

Unfortunately on May 14th, 2024, I am disappointed to say that I was followed around the store with a lady with curly hair and glasses, a staff member, who made me feel as though I didn’t belong nor was able to purchase stuff. The rude looks and mumbling under her breath did not go unnoticed. As a person of colour these things need to stuff and when I told her that I would take my business elsewhere she was quick to say “are you kidding me” while I told her I didn’t fell comfortably with her following me around as though I was a theft. You guys need to do better especially in today’s society where change is needed. Working at a shoppers drug mart isn’t a high and mighty jobs that your staff needs to feel the need to follow customers around and make them feel denigrated. Absolutely ridiculous, do better not only for ourselves but for the next generation.

I have been going to this pharmacy since the mall.  This is the worst it has ever been, this new owner, she has no respect for customers.  Jenn, Lori, Lisa and Sharon are great!  I have gotten compassion from the male pharmacists, but any of the female pharmacists have been rude, they will argue with you and hang up the phone mid sentence.  The previous owner,  Mann,  was the best, he cared about you.

Another terrible experience Aug 18/23. Asked for refills on prescriptions and had to do it 3 times to get them entered. On pickup they only gave my wife 3 of the 6. After she complained they found the others in separate bags. Once she got home, we discovered that she had only got 5 of them. One bag had a sticker for FRIDGE. She went  back to store a 20 minute trip with the empty bag. The employee just stood there and couldn't grasp what she needed to do until another empolyee told her to chek the fridge. If you use this store be prepared to be frustratednOriginal complaint from June/23 Terrible experiences. Tried to renew prescriptions on line and one of the pharmacists wouldn't renew a prescription I have been taking for 20 years.didnt tell me and when you call to check they make you wait for 15 mins. Now I get an email stating that 2 of my meds are in progress. But I picked up those yesterday. They like to screw with you and dont seem to care about raising you blood pressure

I would like to appreciate for the amazing customer service provided by Kriti.
